The location was very convenient, near restaurants and shops. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. the staff was friendly and offered toothbrushes and toothpaste. the hotel had a dining area with tables on every floor.

There were maintenance issues in the sink and shower, with stagnant water.

From the exclusive amenities such as private facilities and room advantages to the stunning garden area with sun loungers, it was truly a memorable stay. the restaurant and outdoor dining area were both outstanding, offering delicious cuisines and excellent service.

Despite having excellent room service, the snack bar seemed to be understaffed, causing a delay in receiving my order.

Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. we booked a room for three people and were promised a sofa bed in addition to the second bed, but this turned out to be a single mattress with only one cover.

Additionally, the location of the hotel is strategic; close to the national lab, making it ideal for those planning to take their exit tests. Also, the hotel is located in a serene environment, making it easy to relax and concentrate on work without any distractions.

During my stay, I did encounter some drawbacks. The hotel could significantly improve on their maintenance. For instance, the shower gels were not frequently replenished, and the plumber needed to check the tap filters more often. The non-replacement of the toilet seat cover also affected the presentation of the room. Additionally, their rooms marketed for three guests had a limited capacity, which was unhelpful for those in need of separate sleeping quarters.
